Rogers is such a poor excuse for a company I don't know how they stay in business. Customer service *** and all the robot staff sing the same crap. You have no other recourse except to shut up and take rheir crap, poor service, dropped calls, lost or wrong billing info and nobody takes responsibility, not to mention their corporate or senior management will not speak to customers.
