On June 1, 2010, Aspen Dental charged my husband $348.00 for services that our insurance company was to pay because Aspen's computer had wrong info about what our insurance company would pay. I called Aspen immediately and they verified everything I said that was suppose to be covered was correct since they called our insurance company. At that point, they would not cancel the charge.
