They call my business 3-4 times PER hour at least one morning a week and when I speak to a supervisor, they insist there has only been one call. They hang up on you or are horribly rude when you tell them you have already spoken to them. The supervisors don't have a clue as to what is going on and lie to you, trying to assure you they have a record of all calls and it was not them that had called over and over all morning - the caller ID tells no lies!
