I had a coach booked with Momentum Coach hire only for them to ring me up 4 days before to tell me they were unable to forfill the booking and would give me a full refund! the reason they gave was because they could not find any coaches available. I had to go with another coach company which were much more expensive. to make matters worse eight weeks on the refund still hasnt materialised! i have phoned over 12 times and emailed numerous people.
