I purchased a LG handet in the month of Aug 2008. I lost the same in the mnth of October 2008. The handser was covered under insurance from LG. They did not have the insurance claim form so i did not know what exactly the type of complaint needs to be filled with the police. They did arrange for the form to be sent to me & I filled the same & sent to the insurance company within time limits.
