This complaint is regarding the AIRTEL postpaid connection. Customer care executive have activated on my mobile 9818364290 the 36 months scheme without any intimation. When I said to close this number, they are not closing and asking for scheme amounht which dont want. Even several time AIRTEL person came to my home asking for scheme money. When I not paid the amount then they have send the legal notice, what is this. this is customer care mistake why I will pay for that. Really Bad service AIRTEL.
