I bought two post paid connections from BPL on 12th Feb 2009. I already have an existing BPL number for past 6 months which is on my residential address. I had submitted a copy of address proof as my leave & license agreement which was accepted. For my new connections, I submitted the same documents and I was ensured that the number would be activated since the documents sufficed the necessary proofs.
