I had a membership at massage envy for my neck problems. I got a membership in hopes of relief. A few months of massages that did absolutely nothing to help I sought out a REAL medical doctor who said I have a pinched nerve and hyperextended neck. I brought the doctor note and was cancelled for free. I then notice strange amounts of money missing in my account followed by a call from them about a massage.
