XM Radio Customer Service
After spending hours on the phone, on hold, being hung up on, having to call back repeately, problems with my radio account are still not solved. The 'customer service' people just about have me in tears of frustration once again.
In the short time I have had the radio, which came with my car, I have had to call to get things straigtened out on a average of every 2-3 months. Numerous problems with incorrect billing; 30-45 minute waits for customer service, then customer service hanging up; problems with getting radio and Nav Traffic to work; rude and uninformed customer services representatives; harrassing phone calls on 'do not call' listed line asking for upgrades to service even after requesting not to be called by the company in writing; poor broadcast quality.
