Dear all, Good day i have a kia Rio car and i have a problem in the hand break of car after 30 k service althought it changed to a new one, but no i haven't any problem .when i went to them to fix it i refered to an Eng called (Amr Hashem) with the problem and i said that i can't drive my car with this problem, his reply was you didn't booked a time and i close my service at 4:30 Pm althought i was there and taking with him at 3:55 Pm then he said if it have a problem you will leave it and come back tomorrow, (this i... read full review »
