I started my own small online business in July, have used paypal before, I added their cart, and used them on Ebay. I started getting alot of sales, and everything was selling like crazy on Ebay. After receiving a sale of $180 I was very excited! Then, all of a sudden paypal put a freeze on all the money in my account, stating I am a high risk seller, I have no feedback, blah, blah, blah.
