I have neen a customer for many years and I have went thru five comp. and I never had a real problem until now. I am so angry about all of it. I purchased my compaq in san antonio, tx and on my way to baton rouge, la my NEW LAPTOP went down with only a couple of hours use. I took it in the store and they replaced it with a new one but charged me 60.00 because I did not have the box.
