I accepted the offer from ITBC for a Swatch watch with a gift watch and paid by credit card on 2-1-2009, which was confirmed on 13-1-2009 by EMail. Till today I have not received the consignment and inspite of my number of phone calls and E Mals nothing happened. Various staff of ITBC attends or send E Mails assuring that it has been despatched through 'TNT Couriers' and TNT says the parcel has been sent back to ITBC for want of full address. I have explained to ITBC about this also and till today no solution took place. read full review »
