I have purchased this RO system on 15-April-2007 but till now I have not received the bill for the same inspite of repeated reminders from my end to the customer. Every time they promised but it was useless. I think that the local branch is saving on Service Tax and VAT that they have to pay by not providing the bill. I want to renew the AMC but on top of exorbitant charges of AMC, customer care is asking for executive visiting charges. I now regret buying this system because of the greediness shown here by the company. read full review »
