I have a 2 years Annual Maintenance Contract for my washing machine. The machine stopped functioning properly a week ago and we called up their service center. The technician came home removed a coin from somewhere said that the drum was damaged due to a coin and that we would have to pay charges Rs 2700 to replace the drum. Since I have already paid Rs. 3600 as AMC I think the company should replace any part that is damaged except the ones listed in their AMC. I feel they are cheating us by making us pay for the AMC as well as for the damaged part. read full review »
