I had purchased a paper ticke online for travel from Bangalore to Delhi on April 9, 2009. As per the details in the website it was to be delivered in 3 business days. I called them on April 2, 2009 to know the status and the answer was that the Airway Bill number is not available, we will call and give it you in the next 2 hours. There was no call through out the day . Called them again at 10.45am on April 3, 2009 . They told me systems are down for an hour, please call again at 11.30am.
