Hi, this is ankita from Lucknow. I want to complain for Vijay Shanker Gupta who is a sales officer in airtel broadband. my father called him up for a broadband connection on 24/07/2010. Mr. Gupta called up my father the same day and even decided the time for meeting. He came the next day, i.e. 25/07/2010 (Sunday). Took 1800 cheque from my father and promised that will get our internet connected within 3 days. Since then he stopped calling and contacting us.
