Mr. Waterford, we purchased a used gmc truck from you a couple of weeks ago and traded my truck in as well. We worked with Jacob who was very pleasing to work with. The agreement we had reached in the deal was that we would buy the truck if the whining noise was repaired, at the time we thought it was the fuel pump which later turned out to be the power steering pump after your service dept. checked.
