This organization is ran by crooks! I set up services for my fiance who was an inmate in the local county jail. Because of that I had to speak with a live operator because advance pay was not an option. Each time I was limited to 50 dollars that I could send allowing them a service fee each time. Had I gone over my time I would have to pay that balance off each time before I could put more money on it due to the fact that it was a cell phone.
