My husband gave a payment of $131.25 on June 17, 2010 over the phone. This payment has not been posted as of today August 9, 2010. We have talked to numerous incompetent people that keep telling us the same story over and over again to fax over proof that we paid the bill. We had to dispute the charge on our bank card to prove we paid the account. Our bank contacted Direct TV and We received a letter from our bank stating Direct TV received the payment.
