Hi, I took a Airtel pre-paid connection 40 days back and it was activated the day 2nd. But from past 2 weeks my connection has been disconnected stating that I have not submitted my documents. However I already submitted the complete documents on day one to the respective shop and when enquired by the dealer, I got to know that it has been submitted on 3-July-2010 and serial No is 18.when I called customer care, they said we have not received the documents.
