The representative makes a false promise of Providing you BroadBan + Modem Free and + Deposit refund after 3 months. He collectes the old Modem sell it for a sum and persude to switch over to Airtel. Company send the bill. Guessing something wrong, lodge a complaint and you know it - it goes round and round. NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE. Disconnect the Landline and Broadband.
