I have booked my return ticket from bangalore to delhi. Due to some reason I first had to postpone it and then finally canceled it. It has been about two months since I have been calling their offices for a refund, but they just keep procrastinating it. They always say that it would be credited into my account within a period of two/three days. But alas the payment never comes. They should either tell me a definite date by which the payment can be credited or keep their word. Even though I am a regular traveler and have always booked my tickets through their site wether railways or air, I have stopped using their services since. read full review »
