I have applied for Home loan transfer from HDFC to LICHFL after confirmation from LICHFL Indore that the interest rate will be 8.75%.So i was interested in switching from 10.5% of HDFC to 8.75% of LICHFL but when i submitted the processing fee of Rs. 5512 to lichfl then they given me loan sanction letter in which it is mentioned that ROI after 3 months will be PLR-2.75% current PLR of lichfl is 13% so my effective rate would be 10.25%.All the communication from LICHFL to me was verbal & now they are not refunding me my processing fee which... read full review »
