I bought a new AC on 5th of May 2009 which was installed on 12 of May, It started malfunctioning on 27th May 2009 and I launched a complaint same day for the same with the dealer (Ace Enterprises, Dehradun) I bought the AC. Despite a number of reminders for 2 days nobody visited to resolve the problem.
