My Citi Bank credit card payment was due August 2nd but I misplaced it so sent the payment on the 5th. I have received 3 robo-calls reminders that I am late - one this morning that woke me up. When I called customer service, the representative said it was my fault for being late and he could not guarantee the calls would stop before the payment was received.
