This is regarding a complaint against the Sony ericsson W580i which I purchased on the 9th of December07. During the first 6 months of purchase, this phone went to the service center atleast 3-4 times. Despite all this, the phone konked off all of a sudden around 2 months back again. I gave it to the service center to check about the fault and they said that there is some problem with a circuit due to which a wire has to be changed and then it would start working fine - this would cost me Rs. 1400.
