I surrendered my handset to Salora Solutions(sony care), Amritsar on 28 march 2009 because its display was not working.They told me to wait for 15 days to get my handset replaced. It was at least 7th time in a year that my handset was not working properly. I am following them from last 86 days, they have been keep on telling me to call on tuesday and saturday to get status of complaint for my handset. But i have not got my handset back till the date. read full review »
