I am so mad I could just spit nails! A kid in his car, hit my kid in his car back in June. It took this no-good-piece-of crap insurance company almost a month to get in contact with us about our storage fees, rental car, price of repairs, etc. The ignorant ringleader of this insurance company, Ericka Roman, does not return calls in a prompt manner and no one at the insurance company has any personable skills or customer service knowledge.
