Dear Sir, I purchased a tv model no. LG CTV21SA1RG against Bill no. Main-10288 dt. 20.09.2009 through Credit Card from M/s Gupta Electronics, Add: B-1/35-36, Sector-17, Rohini, New Delhi-110085. I am facing (BRG-Problems) a lot of problems in the T.V. last 15 - 20days. Before 15 day I complained in LG service Centre, Complained No. : C107-2905543 on 29.07.2010 which was closed by LG Service Centre without visiting in my house & look the problems.
