I should have gone with my first feeling...I am never going to get my money back if they don't sell this car !!! I sent the letter after the 90 days within the window of time alloted and when I first call they said it was received and will be processed to issue the refund...4 months later no refund ! So I call, and the lady on the line says they never received my form :) I just called this morning, the lady was very rude on the phone, and basically called me a liar for saying they told me they received the form.
