I have worked in the child care field for almost 30 years. Kindercare is by far the worst I have ever been employed at. There are so many complaints that I don't know where to begin. The director at this center was all about the money and keeping upper management happy. I don't think she ever spent any time in a room unless she was giving a teacher a bathroom break.
