I had purchased the appliance three years back and got company service only once that too after requesting for so many times.Within one month of purchase machine started giving problems.We got the service fifteen days after lodging the complaint. The dealer did not even treat us well when we went to purchase the machine.We were not given the warranty card which they were supposed to give during delivery of machine.Now the dealer is not ready to respond after complaining for many times.The machine is not working for so many days but no service is been provided. read full review »
