I've posted my complaint before, it doesn't show up under their complaint board, so I'm trying again. When you call to get in touch with them, American Shingle, you hear there moving to new location to better serve us and will reopen on Monday, 08/16/10. I believe that to be a lie. Contact homeowners. News going around is they have closed their doors and filing a 24 million bankruptcy . In May, 2010, American Shingle came to me. Long store short, my homeowners and American Shingle went over my roof. Homeowners only approved so much of my roof, so I put interior damage money in with it to get entire roof. Was suppose to get my new roof in July 2010. It has been rescheduled now 3 times. I want my money they required up front back.
