I have never really had an issue with chase bank, until now. My husband and I went and deposited his paycheck yesterday, all $1200 of it, we were told funds would be available today, but we wouldn't be allowed any cash back because of the account being overdrawn. We asked them why it was overdrawn and they told us because of a debit card transaction from a week prior.
