I called Empire for a quote in late mid 2006. A sales rep came and knocked over my plant and was not very pleasant. I made no commitment and that was the end of that. At the end of 2006 my carpet was really coming apart so I called again. They sent another rep. He seemed very nice - measured told me I had too much stuff to do in one day - I already knew that. I asked the installation be in the morning - he said he would note that. I called him 2 days prior and he told me not to get my panties in a ruffle.
