We purchased a LG Tromm Dryer on 7/22/06, we purchased the four (4) year extended warranty also. On August 4, 2010 the dryer would quit tumbling. We called the number on our warranty info which was A&E Factory Service. A technician was scheduled to come out for repair on Saturday 8/7/2010 the repair tech came out and did nothing but diagnose the problem. He was not able to go to a supply company and get the motor (against policy) he would have to order the parts, it would be 1-3 business days before they would be in.
