I received a letter from CitiBank about my Credit Card. I have had this card for quite some time and I have paid off balances twice with them. Now, I have a balance and I have paid on it every month, sometimes the minimum and sometimes more. Now they are saying that after August 31, 2010 they will be closing my account if I don't agree to a payment plan.
