This is to inform you that I had bought a 310Lts Professional Deluxe refrigerator of Whirlpool in 2008 from Great Eastern Appliances, Kolkata.Since the time I bought it, I am facing a problem with the refrigerator. The door of the refrigerator is not closing properly. I have to force close the door every time. The refrigerator is not chilling properly. I had to make at least 4 complains for the same within this span of time. The engineer visited to check.
