My baggage was delayed by BA over 3 weeks ago. Till this date I have received no compensation from them. Not even a single call expressing their apology or assuring me of the fact that I am entitled to compensation and will be duly provided that. Their lack of professionalism is despicable. They do not reply to mails or receive calls. Infact, their customer relations office in New York doesn't even have a telephone number at which I can call.
