The instrument was getting hanged frequently, so being in warranty period I took it to Nokia Care at Khanda Colony on 4th Sept 09.After Preliminary testing the instrument at the centre I was told the instrument was having SOFTWARE PROBLEM & physical condition of the instrument is OK because as per NOKIA if the instrument is physically damaged/battery damaged/water damaged the warranty stands cancelled.
