I just opened my AT&T bill and also got a fraudulent charge from Cybertube. The phone number that it was billed to is a second line that I only utilize for incoming faxes. I called them and was surprised that they had my correct address and my current email address. They claim that I signed up on-line, and provided an IP address which doesn't match my current IP.
