This company recieved full payment from online, sent me an email that everything has been processed successfully, then emails me again that they lost all delivery information. I emailed them the full details, and waited but they did not reply to my email at all to say that they recieved it. I emailed them again and sent the details yet again and still they failed to communicate with me.
