This company will call and leave messages re: debt collection BEFORE fulfilling their legal obligation of attempting to contact you in writing. They will ignore repeated written requests to have calls cease, despite being legally obligated to do so. If a letter gets lost/misdelivered they may refuse to resend a letter.
