My experience has vetted 1 tech out of 5 who has the snap to be working as a tech. Few if any at ATT Uverse has any idea what they are talking about regarding the technical side of fiber optic delivered TV and internet. The fiber optic cable stops at a hub in some unknown location and then everything splits from their via whatever material they choose to use. At the house you get whatever the contractor decides to run into your house.
