This company is a scam. The promotion for a cruise is a joke. The rates and rooms can be obtained just as cheap through the cruise as with them. AND BETTER Specifically Chris and P Mitchell with TSN International have been very rude including hanging up the phone when asked to speak to their boss. They in no way have tried to work with my family in trying to make things better. My family was placed in the worst room avaiable and he is the one that obtained the promotion.
