Got fitted for dresses & wanted a particular color. Asked about price and order and was told 6 wks, when time to order was told would take 12 wks!! I ordered dress and sash, etc.. Associate from store called the bride instead of myself to let her know some items were in and dress would take additional 4-8 wks. They failed to contact me as I PAID for the items. By the time I was aware of this, 3 weeks went by. Now I may not receive dress on time by the wedding due to their mistakes and unprofessionalism.
