I have being asking for settlement since 2 years nobody is ready to talk in ICICI bank credit card Ambattur branch. I have paid double the amount but the amount does not come down due to interest and penalty.In september 2009 I called customer care for settlement, I came to know that only those who are default in paying will be eligible for settlement. so I stop paying minimum amount due.
