I had cancelled the ICICI credit card in Feb 2009. I had to apply for the personal loans in Oct 2009 and my loan was rejected as I was given a write off on ICICI credit card (came to know this from cibil report). I called up ICICI bank Customer care and was shocked to hear that I had dues of around 3500/- I had cleared entire amount Rs. 19683 (outstanding was 19682.73) on 4th Feb 2009.
