I had purchased a maruti alto from Sarathy autos, Kollam. On the first day itself I noticed problem in changing in to the fifth gear. I rang up the customer service and on binoy was dealing with this. They took the car and returned it the next day. But I felt the same complaint, which is a major one, again. On my complaint they again took the car and there was no news for two days.
